Mik Moeller, CPDT-KA, CBCC-KA

Mik Moeller, CPDT-KA and CBCC-KA is a professional certified dog trainer. He worked at the San Francisco SPCA as the canine behavior specialist for 18 years and is a recognized expert in dog-dog aggression. His skill in reading dog body language and working with dogs is well known and respected amongst his peers. His leadership in the training field is reflected in his committed efforts toward improving the quality of life for dogs and building stronger bonds between dogs and their owners. He advocates reward-based positive reinforcement training techniques backed up by the latest science.

He recently moved to Arizona and is currently working at the Arizona Humane Society as the Canine Behavior/Welfare Specialist.

Mik is a graduate of the renowned San Francisco SPCA Dog Training Academy and was awarded special certification for dog-dog aggression in 2002 by Jean Donaldson. Mik frequently writes articles and lectures both nationally and internationally on leash reactivity, canine body language, dog play, off leash dog aggression, dog park etiquette and how to work with shy/fearful dogs. He also developed and taught the Reactive Rover dog training classes. Mik is a co-founder of the Dog Walking Academy at DogTEC.
